yeah jump means beat you up and usually take whatever you have with you.

um to look more punk get a mohawk, or liberty spikes, or chelsea. the site i listed has got good punk hairstyles.

punk is mainly about attitude, so if you have one of those, then good on ya. if not, get one.

and yeah those colours would look cool.

Buy some Manic Panic, Special Effects, Raw, or Color Fiend hair dye.

Bleach your hair, and dye it some crazy colors.

If you want to look more 'punk'. Use colors like Hot pink, and Electric Blue.
