I like the way their eyeliner is dark and think and all of that stuff. Yet, I also like the makeup like models such as exotic eyeshadow and lipstick. My favorite color is purple. I need some suggestions on how to go kind of punky but also be exotic.
My hair is also plain shoulder length, layered, and blonde. I want to change it to fit with my makeup. I think black and purple or teal would work but I need help.

purple under black hair is really cute, but you'd have to find a stylist that understands that edgy look. like where the purple peices are peeking through. get chunky layers
try dramatic black eyeliner, wing out the tips a little bit, do smokey eyes.
i actually used to have platinum blonde hair with purple streaks underneath some pieces in my bangs. i got so many compliments from it. anyway just experiment. good luck
oh and TRAX by mac eyeshadow is the prettiest purple , thats subtle but makes colored eyes pop.

it's not that hard if you already have blonde hair.
cut it really choppy.
wear light (but not lame and gothic white) foundation and red lipstick.
and heavy blush.
you can wear purple eyeshadow or fake purple eyelashes would look really cool.
gold eyeshadow and red eyeshadow also look very cool.
