try going to hot topic. they usually have the crazy colors. i think you should get layers then dye the bottom part hot pink and the top a dark brown or black. man i wish i had the nuts to do that.lol

Adore hair color, manic panic and Jazzing hair color have great colors.. Use a bleach to lift your hai color... I would suggest you go to a pro... Bleaching could cause some damage... hope all work out..

why don't you dye the top of your hair black then the tips hot pink or baby pink (baby pink is better) and the scrunch your hair and you'll look beautiful

dont chop it all of but get layers and dye your hair a really hot pink and then dye the itps black or a deep plum for contrast (it will make the pink look alot brighter)
