i wanna go punk. what makeup should i wear and where is a good place to get my hair permanently died?

basically all the hardcore dark colors.

-and u can dye ur hair like in the middle of ur head.

to dye yor hair perminatly go to your hairdresser, but youll have to go back every few months coz it grows out and if you get it dyed, use a shampoo and conditioner thats specially made for coloured hair, it'll help stop it from fading too much

Seriously Punk is about color. Abut being yourself. Black is more goth or rock n roll. Just go to your nearest hot topic and ask them what they think is bast. They work there for a reason. Most any stylist you can find (I wouldnt choose walmart or cost cutters) have the punky bright colors you need. Just have an idea if you want it all over chunky or bleached in areas. Reseach it.
